Eugene Stormwater Management Manual

On December 9, 2024, the Veneta City Council adopted Ordinance No. 590, which adopted the 2014 Eugene Stormwater Management Manual as the City's adopted stormwater manual. This manual prescribes how to design stormwater facilities in the City. Stormwater detention and treatment facilities are required for all new development that creates over 1,000 square feet of new impervious surface (asphalt, driveways, roofs, etc.).
