The City of Veneta offers financial assistance to qualifying low-income utility customers. Customers are eligible to receive assistance based on qualifying income levels.
How to Apply
Please read the Reduced Rate Application carefully. If you qualify based on income, you will need to fill out the Reduced Rate Application (linked below) and provide proof of income.
Proof of income must be provided for all occupants that are 18 years of age or older.
Examples of Proof of Income: Your most recent tax return. Social Security form SSA 1099 or an approved document or letter from another state or federal agency that shows proof of income. Pay stubs or letters from employers do not qualify as proof of income.
